On Sunday, May 28 following the initiative of the Association of the Nicosia Pedestrian Streets Shopkeepers with the support of the Nicosia Municipality, the Nicosia Tourism Board and the Cyprus Confederation of Professional Craftsmen and Shopkeepers a race in held right in the heart of the historic center of Nicosia!!! The aim is to attract the city’s residents to get to know the historic center of the city from a different perspective and enjoy its beauties, while supporting with their presence the historic center.
The race start and finish will be at Eleftherias Square; it will go through the lower part of the Square, the bridge of Solomou Square, run parallel to the Venetian Walls, the Da Villa bastion, Onasagorou and Ledra pedestrian streets, the Phaneromeni Church, through the lower level of the Eleftherias Square and will give the opportunity to runners and walkers to enjoy the city.

The event comprises the races:
1. 3.5 km corporate race for teams over five (5) people
2. 3.5 km race
3. 7 km race for adults
3. 4×3.5 km relay (team of 4 athletes)
Registrations will commence on Monday, April 1st, 2023 and completed by Wedensday May 24th 2023
